Candice

Candice has been inspired by the OC Mini Maker Faire and has always wanted to work with the team and help in any way. She has volunteered at the OC Mini Maker Faire since their inaugural event in 2012 and this is her first year as part of team working with the Producers. She has started a web publication QGITS.org and a nonprofit to start community outreach to promote STEAM education to high school students. “It’s great to be part of the OC Mini Maker Faire to see makers, students, families, tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, artists, students, commercial exhibitors and entrepreneurs all come together in celebration of the Maker movement.”
